Senior Director with the following duties:

  1. Provide expert technical consultancy to clients, offering comprehensive guidance and support on leveraging the platform to meet their business objectives effectively.
  2. Drive the product engineering and design processes, ensuring that SaaS-based product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Lead client onboarding efforts to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of the platform.
  3. Manage and mentor the professional services team, overseeing their training, development, and performance. Take ownership of budget management, client relationship management, and project scoping, design, and pricing negotiations.
  4. Spearhead the implementation of best practices and process improvements within professional services department, optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
  5. Establish and refine IT processes tailored to SaaS model, including estimation & development, release management, change management, post-delivery support (incident & problem management), decision-making frameworks, SMART goals/KPIs, asset management, and risk management.
  6. Manage administrative functions such as recruitment, retention strategies, budget planning and monitoring, and accrual management to ensure the smooth functioning of professional services operations.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and engineering teams to align service delivery with product roadmap and customer requirements.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in professional services management, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
  9. Represent company in client meetings, conferences, and industry events, serving as a subject matter expert and advocate for the company's products and services.
  10. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the professional services team, promoting a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering value to clients.

Requirements: Educational requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.

 

Work Experience:

·       5years of experience in a leadership role within SaaS-based Company, with focus on professional services delivery.

·       Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, and software development methodologies.

·       Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performance teams, driving engagement, motivation, and professional growth

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders and team members at all levels.

·       Proficiency in project management tools, CRM Systems, and other relevant software applications.

Job Site:

Job is currently located in Cranbury, NJ. But may require medium to long term relocation to Pittsburgh, PA or other unanticipated sites in U.S. only to support client request or any requirement, if needed.
