Process Recording Documents according to company and customer requirements
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None
RESPONSIBILITIES (E = ESSENTIAL A = ADDITIONAL)
- E Review Recording Documents for Electronic Recording to ensure document package is complete and Documents are in Recordable format to prevent liability of unrecorded documents
- E Complete Required System Tasks in VSI Internal Application
- E Maintain open lines of communication with customer and department members to ensure documents are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- E Obtain clarification on rejection issues by communicating with appropriate sources to ensure understanding and ability to take pertinent corrective action.
- E Work to meet and exceed the defined production standards, metrics and/or SLA set forth by Management
- E Prepare completed recording packages for USPS delivery to proper County Recording Office based on established delivery service procedures to ensure timely recording
- E Provide back-up to various department functions when necessary to ensure continuation of department work-flow.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (E = ESSENTIAL, D = DESIRED)
- E High School diploma or equivalent
- D 1 year related experience.
