Director of Sales with the following duties:

 

  1. Work collaboratively with Visionet Competency experts, Presales & Delivery teams to nurture and convert leads / opportunities to new deals.

  2. Negotiate to acquire New Logo sales under US IT Services.

  3. Continuous sales pipeline development through cold calls, e-mail campaigns, LinkedIn, personal networks

  4. Win new business deals through end-to-end ownership of deal qualification to closure.

  5. Ensure growth of existing accounts and winning new accounts

  6. Using social media tools and tap on to large network created through extensive experience in this filed to form new contacts within client organization.

  7. Understand Visionet strengths to build quality collaterals and prospect pitches through solid research on prospects.

  8. Demonstrate the value Visionet brings in solving business and IT problems for prospects.

  9. 100% adherence to CRM and internal sales processes

  10. Individual contributor role with defined target for revenue goals 

Requirements:

Educational requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration Marketing and Information Systems or related.

 

5 years of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of Sales Engineers, Market Research Analyst, Marketing & Computer Information Systems or related occupation.

 

Skill set requirements: 5+ years of IT Industry experience in the following skill set:

  1. Manage and Mentor inside sales

  2. Design and execute market campaigns based on services offered by competencies.

  3. Excellent communication skills with ability to comprehend articulate technical solutions

  4. Respond to RFI, RFP and provide guidance and business value in building POC

  5. Prepare SOWs and create deal structure

  6. Market research with respect to companies competencies solutions offering and build positioning strategy.

  7. Networking

  8. Ability to negotiate on complex business deals

  9. Participate in events and conferences to build a demand for company offering IT services

Job Site:

Job is currently located in San Ramon, CA. There is a possibility of medium to long-term relocating to our head office located at Cranbury, NJ or Pittsburgh, PA or other unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. only to support client request or any requirement, if needed.
